Participating in metabolism is not the same as accelerating it
Carnitine, B vitamins, iron, and coenzyme Q10 have roles in energy metabolism. This does not mean extra supplements continually increase fat oxidation. Correcting a deficiency is different from adding more when nutritional needs are already met.
Healthy adults generally produce the carnitine they need. It helps transport long-chain fatty acids into mitochondria, but weight-loss results from supplements are limited and inconsistent. That mechanism alone does not make carnitine an essential pre-workout product. NIH carnitine fact sheet
Review everyday meals first
Fish, eggs, dairy, beans, whole grains, and vegetables can contribute to a varied diet. Choices should also reflect dietary preferences, allergies, budget, and culture.
There is no need to increase red meat specifically for carnitine. When assessing weight-loss supplements, consider reliable human research, the size of any benefit, and adverse effects rather than relying on diagrams of metabolic pathways. NIH weight-loss supplement fact sheet
